UTG Sponsors United Methodist Children’s Home “Fam Fest 2017”

Nothing is more important to us than faith and family. At UTG, our employees and clients are part of our family, for which we care deeply.

Unfortunately, some people don’t have family to care for them. It’s especially heartbreaking when children don’t have the love and support they deserve. That’s exactly why we sponsor the United Methodist Children’s Home (UMCH).

UMCH was established in 1871 in Norcross, GA  to care for children orphaned during the Civil War, and has evolved to serve children and families in a ‘continuum of care’ model.

The UMCH mission: to restore children and families from trauma through Jesus Christ.

“We graciously received your generous gift. We are grateful for the continuous support you show the families and children we humbly serve,” John C., United Methodist Children’s Home.

No John, thank you– for the good work you and everyone at UMCH do. You make Georgia, and the world, a better place.

This Saturday, we’ll be at Six Flags for Fam Fest!

Oct. 28th marks the Children’s Home 4th annual Fam Fest celebration. Fam Fest is a great opportunity to enjoy a day of fellowship and fun for a good cause. All proceeds from Fam Fest support The Children’s Home mission of helping children and families.

We’d love for you to join us if you can. You might still be able to get tickets using this special Six Flags link. Otherwise, you might try contacting UMCH directly.

I know we’ll have an amazing time! We’ll post some pictures to our Facebook page after the event, so check soon.
